Can I trust that my order will actually arrive?
- Yes. I have shipped my artwork to satisfied buyers in France, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Australia, Germany and across the United States for several years without issue. I stand behind my artwork and ship out all orders in a responsible and timely manner through reliable shipping services.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
- Yes. Orders can be easily tracked online through USPS using the tracking number provided.
Do you ship Internationally?
- Yes, with some exceptions. If you have questions regarding shipping destinations, please get in touch.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Arrival date depends on the shipping destination. In most cases tracking details include an expected delivery date. Buyers within the United States should receive their order in 2-7 business days. Buyers abroad should receive their order in 10-14 business days. USPS delays do sometimes occur and tracking status may take a bit longer to update on their end. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
- In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, I kindly ask that you please immediately take clear photographs of the damage and contact me straight away. I will try my best to resolve any issue, should they arise.
